Order/ Shipping: All Hair is Pre-Ordered. Once Order is Placed
Allow 2-3 Business Days For Payment to Process. Once Transaction is Processed Allow 5-7 Business Days For Orders To Be Shipped.
Billing Address MUST Match with the Shipping Address or your Order will be Cancelled and your Money will be Refunded. All Order will REQUIRE  a signature, If You are Unavailable at the time of Delivery, PickUp Information will be left from Carrier. We are NOT responsible for any Carrier Delays, due to Holidays etc.
Tracking Numbers are sent via Email and can take 2-3 Business days to receive hair after receiving Tracking Number

Once Products  has been altered in anyway, such as worn,washed, dyed, bleached, it will not qualify for Exchange. If you are not happy with the extensions you have received, we have a 14 day return policy. Products must be be in original state, as it was sent to you. You may return the Products in exchange for other Merchandise , in which prices will vary
-  You are responsible for your own shipping. It takes up to 4-6 business days to receive your Merchandise.Consider Trackable Shipping Carriers or purchase an Insurance for Items over $50. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned Items.
